Shipping

Shipping costs are $4.99 for orders under $59.99. However, we offer free shipping on all orders over $59.99. This offer is valid across all U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping applies exclusively to standard delivery methods. Please note that estimated delivery times still apply as outlined below.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Sunday) for purchases placed before 12 PM EST.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 4–6 business days. Deliveries take place Monday through Saturday to the shipping address provided during checkout. Please note that we do not deliver to collection points.

While we strive to meet these timelines, Misterbelles is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions.

Missing Orders

Damaged Items

If you decide to change your mind about your purchase, Misterbelles provides a 30-day return period starting the day after your item is delivered. To begin the return process, simply reach out to us at support@misterbelles.com, and we’ll make sure everything goes smoothly.

Return Conditions:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

All original manufacturer seals must be intact.

Items must not show any signs of use or customer-caused damage.

Original packaging must be included with the return.

Once our logistics team receives and inspects your return, we’ll issue a refund within seven business days.

Returns Due to Customer Mistakes:
If you’re returning a product because of a customer-related issue (e.g., incorrect order, change of mind, etc.), you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded. For help with this, please contact us at support@misterbelles.com.
